My sister Joanne helps manage Bishop's Pumpkin Farm in Wheatland CA. The reason I'm writing about it now is that she gave me a basket of food and condiments from the farm. Normally I'd be less then thrilled with this type of gift but I am now kicking myself in the butt for never making it to the Farm in all the years Joanne worked there. Oh, I had my excuses and I'm sure they were good ones, but not good enough for missing out on SWEET FIRE PICKLES for all these years. Since Christmas I have had them on turkey, hamburgers (twice), cheese and crackers, and in tuna salad. My jar is near empty and I'm so sad because I have to wait until the Farm opens next spring before I can get more.
